What is ReRobe
ReRobe is an established retail platform for Premium secondhand based in Stockholm, Sweden. We make it easy and fun to shop and sell pre-loved fashion. Discover amazing pieces from Scandinavian brands, high-end international designers, vintage gems, and more!
When did you start?
We started in 2019 in Stockholm, Sweden.
How is ReRobe different?
We are not a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We take care of the selling process for you once your item has passed our quality control and has been approved for sale. By using our ReRobe app to upload photos of the items from home, you help us save time, and we can therefore offer you a higher commission. We also are proud to say we sell our products fast, a majority of all items are sold within 3 weeks, and thanks to our curation we can offer you a higher resale value for your best clothing.
How can I contact you?
CHAT: You can send us DM directly in the ReRobe app by either tapping the 'Chat with us' link on the previous screen, or by tapping the 'Home' tab and then pressing the paper airplane icon on the top of the screen.
We strive to answer all messages in the app within 1 business day, but not on weekends.

Where are you located?
Welcome to our store at Torsgatan 36 in Stockholm, where we store all of our inventory. All items on the webshop can be tried on there, in addition to a much larger assortment of products that are not displayed online. Shopping
How do you guarantee quality?
Our team of in-house fashion stylists, curators, and experts are dedicated to controlling and authenticating all items we accept to sell. We put every item through a detailed quality inspection before we make them available for sale. We professionally photograph every item to show all aspects of the product, and we write detailed descriptions to ensure accuracy. We also carefully package and ship the items. This ensures you will have an experience similar to what you would expect from a trusted retail company.
Are clothes cleaned?
All items get ReRobified. We check for holes, stains and reject items with defects. We also provide the right garment care for our inventory: All items are steamed and washed if necessary. That extra TLC is important for us. We ask all sellers to follow our policy regarding cleaning to keep our community happy, and for them to keep a high rating as sellers.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay for your items using a debit/credit card or with Klarna. Swish is also accepted when you select the Klarna payment option at checkout. ReRobe doesn't have access to your payment details and guarantees the confidentiality of your information.

Shipping rates
We have few different rates for shipping: Free if you pick up your order at our showroom. International shipping is calculated based on what country you'd like to ship to. Check our Shipping & Returns page in the footer for more information about your specific country.
Do you ship outside of Sweden?
Yes! The price is calculated based on what country you'd like to ship to.
What shipping provider do you use?
We use various shipping providers including DHL, PostNord, and UPS and always send all packages with a tracking link. Soon more delivery options will come!
What if an item gets lost in the mail?
In case an item gets lost in the mail, we take full responsibility and refund you for the item.
How often do you ship?
We send all items within 48 hours after an order has been placed.
Return policy
What is the return policy on items purchased online?
We have a 14-day return policy for all items that has been bought online, the return fee is 64 SEK. If you wish to return something to us, make sure to contact our Customer Service team to request a pre-paid, trackable shipping label. Please note that we don't accept returns that are sent without our shipping label.
What is the return policy on items purchased in physical store?
ReRobe doesn't offer any refunds or exchanges in the physical store.
Are there any return fees?
Yes, 64 SEK for online returns. This will be deducted from your original purchase once we've received the returned item.
Selling - Common Questions
How does it work selling with you?
We sell on consignment, and we only accept items for sale through our app.
✔ In the app, you provide 3 photos of your item and describe the item.
✔ Within 1-3 business days you will get a notification in the app if we accept the item or not, including a suggested resale price.
✔ Choose how you want to get the items to us - ship, in-home pick up or drop off in the store. By selling with us, we will save you the time and hassle of managing your items.
We take care of the following:

✔ Answering questions from potential customers
✔ Packaging and shipping You get paid once the item is sold, and you earn 50% commission on all items sold.
What brands do you accept?
We're always on the lookout for fashionable and premium men’s and women’s clothing, shoes, bags, jewelry, and accessories. We only accept items in excellent condition, in-style and in-season.
Our top-selling Scandinavian brands are Acne Studios, Rodebjer, Totême, Ganni, Filippa K, Stine Goya, Eytys, A Day’s March and Our Legacy. We also favor selected items from H&M collabs, & Other Stories, COS, Arket, Levi’s. Popular international designers are Jaquemus, Stella McCartney, Supreme, Comme des Garcons, Sandro, Maje, Isabel Marant, Balenciaga, Off White, Bottega Veneta and The Row. We also accept mint-condition vintage pieces from 1960s-1990s. In general, items purchased 2020-recent are in favour, or if the items are vintage (meaning 20+ years, or older).
Are there any brands you don't accept?
In general, we don’t accept items from the following brands: Shein, NAKD, Nelly, Asos, KappAhl, Forever21, Topshop, Part Two, NoaNoa, Nümph, New House, Banana Republic, Dressman, Lindex, French Connection, Armani Jeans, Wrangler
How much do I make as a seller?
Our commission is 50% of the listing price for each item. You earn 50% of the listing price. We split evenly! You can cash out your earnings in the app when an item has been sold.
How long do you typically hold on to items before selling them?
In general, we hold items for about 90 days - it could be longer if the item can be sold all-year, regardless of the season. If they don't get sold within 90 days, we suggest to reduce the listing price or to take your items back. Nonetheless we never donate or get rid of items before notifying you first.
Can I take back my items if I change my mind about selling them?
Sure. You just write to our customer support via the app and they will help you. The fee is 195 sek. It is not possible to take items back directly from the store.
Can I have my item(s) listed on other marketplaces such as Tradera and Vestiaire Collective?
No, once you have accepted and handed in your items to Rerobe, we reserve the sole right to sell them. This is to avoid the risk of double selling and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Selling - The Process
Do I have to use the app?
Yes! We offer a really good commission, in exchange for you helping us do parts of the work from home. By submitting a couple of photos of your items, we can let you know right away if we accept the item for sale, and how much you can make.
How many items can I upload at a time?
As many as you want!
How long does it usually takes to be notified about which items are accepted or rejected?
While we try to process all sales requests within 24 hours, it can sometime take us up to 3 business days.
Can I change the price of my item after accepting it in the app?
All prices are final, and no changes can be made once you have accepted the price in the app.
Items in my Sell Request have been Accepted - what does that mean?
This means we see a potential in selling your item - but first we need to see it IRL instead of in a photo. Please note that your items will be rejected if they have defects or stains that do not come through in the photos, or if the quality does not match our exceptions. Unlike other marketplaces or platforms, we put every item through a detailed quality control before they become available for sale.
My item(s) have been Rejected - what happens?
If an item has defects and is rejected during Quality Control, we reserve the right to donate it after 7 days. You will, of course, be notified and have the right to collect it within the 7-day period.
How can I send my accepted items to ReRobe?
We have three available options:
• Drop-off in store (free!)
• In home Pick-up (Available in Stockholm City) - 250 sek
• Ship to ReRobe via PostNord - maximum 2kg. If your accepted items have a total weight over 3 kilos, please reach out to us and we will help you.
Do I have to clean/wash items before sending them?
Yes. We will reject all items that are dirty, not recently cleaned, or have defects.
Does my profile get displayed in the app?
As a seller, you are always anonymous to the buyer and you never have to worry about the customer management side of things: you only communicate and work directly with ReRobe. We are not a social marketplace where you follow people.
Can I lower the price if my item doesn't get sold?
Contact us to discuss if you want to lower the price, but we are relying our pricing on 5 years of pricing data and market research. If they don't get sold within 2 months, we put items on sale that you can choose to participate in or take your items back.
