Refund policy
Online Purchases:
We offer a 14-day return policy for items purchased online.
If you decide to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team to request a pre-paid, trackable shipping label. You then have 7 days to dispatch the item, after that the shipping label will be void and the return will be declined.
Remember, we only accept returns that use our shipping label. Returns sent without our label will not be processed.
A return fee of 64 SEK is applied to all online orders. This amount will be deducted from your original purchase once we've received the returned item.
For Local Pickups: If an order is not collected within 14 days, the purchase is cancelled. You will then be refunded the cost of the item with a deduction for a fee of SEK 195.
For orders shipped: If an order is not collected within 7 days, the item is returned, and the customer is refunded minus a 195 SEK return fee.
In-store Purchases:
ReRobe does not offer refunds or exchanges for items bought in our physical store.
Are there any return fees?
Yes, there's a 64 SEK fee for all returns. This is deducted from your refund once we process your return.
