Local Pick Up: Absolutely free! Collect your order from our showroom at no charge.

Sweden: Free shipping over 900 kr. Fixed rate of 64 SEK for all other orders.

Norway: Free shipping over 2495 kr. Fixed rate of ~200 NOK (200 kr) for all other orders

EU: Free shipping over 1995 kr. Fixed rate of ~14 euro (150 kr) for all other orders.

UK: Free shipping over 2495 kr. Fixed rate of ~15 GBP (200 kr) for all other orders

US: Free shipping over 2650 kr. Fixed rate of ~25 USD (270 kr) on all other orders

International Shipping:

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country.

Which shipping provider do you use?

We partner with PostNord and DHL for all our deliveries. Every package comes with a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your order. Stay tuned - more delivery options are coming soon!

How frequently do you ship?

Our commitment is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours after they've been placed.

What happens if my item gets lost in the mail?

Rest assured, if your item gets lost in transit, we will take full responsibility and refund you for the lost item.

Returns Policy

Online Purchases:

We offer a 14-day return policy for items purchased online.

If you decide to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team to request a pre-paid, trackable shipping label. You then have 7 days to dispatch the item, after that the shipping label will be void and the return will be declined.

Remember, we only accept returns that use our shipping label. Returns sent without our label will not be processed.

A return fee of 64 SEK is applied to all online orders. This amount will be deducted from your original purchase once we've received the returned item.

If an order is not collected within 14 days, the purchase is cancelled. You will then be refunded the cost of the item with a deduction for shipping and a fee of SEK 99.

In-store Purchases:

ReRobe does not offer refunds or exchanges for items bought in our physical store.

Are there any return fees?

Yes, there's a 64 SEK fee for all returns. This is deducted from your refund once we process your return.
