All orders are shipped with PostNord.
Tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation e-mail, so you can follow your order until it is delivered.
We strive to offer the best and fastest possible service and dispatch goods on working days. Orders received before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day. Delays may be experienced during sales and public holidays. All orders placed in Sweden are shipped with PostNord.
The following shipping charges will be added to your order from outside of Sweden:
International orders will be delivered within 1-10 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quick as possible and latest 7 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions.
Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands. ReRobe cannot accept responsibility for orders that are delayed in Customs.

If you change your mind about an item please follow these instructions:
- Place the product in a shipping box or plastic bag, or ideally the original shipping box or bag.
- Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria:
- Email help@rerobe.se to receive a pre-paid shipping label (for Swedish orders online). We deduct a 49SEK return fee.
- Returns for International orders are accepted, however ReRobe does not cover the return shipping. Please email help@rerobe.se to notify us that you are sending a return to us, and get all shipping details.
Please note that we don’t accept shipping to access points.
The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches ReRobe and it is confirmed by a delivery confirmation. Please place a new order if you want to exchange an item.
We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay with. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for us to complete your return. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
