Which shipping provider do you use?

We partner with PostNord and DHL for all our deliveries. Every package comes with a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your order. Stay tuned - more delivery options are coming soon!

How frequently do you ship?

Our commitment is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours after they've been placed.

What happens if my item gets lost in the mail?

Rest assured, if your item gets lost in transit, we will take full responsibility and refund you for the lost item.

Returns Policy

Online Purchases:

  • We offer a 14-day return policy for items purchased online.
  • If you decide to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team to request a pre-paid, trackable shipping label. You then have 7 days to dispatch the item, after that the shipping label will be void and the return will be declined.
  • Remember, we only accept returns that use our shipping label. Returns sent without our label will not be processed.
  • A return shipping cost of 64 SEK is applied to all online returns. This amount will be deducted from your original purchase once we've received the returned item.
  • If an order is not collected within 14 days, the purchase is cancelled. You will then be refunded the cost of the item with a deduction for shipping and a fee of SEK 99.

In-store Purchases:

ReRobe does not offer refunds or exchanges for items bought in our physical store.

Are there any return fees?

Yes, there's a 64 SEK fee for online returns. This is deducted from your refund once we process your return.
