Start Selling
Do I need the app to sell with ReRobe?
Yes, the app makes the whole process smoother for both you and us.
Through the app, you can get instant evaluations and price suggestions, track your sales and items. You can also cash out directly without needing to contact us, saving you time and hassle.
We’ve taken the best parts of selling on marketplaces like Tradera — visibility, convenience, and ease — but removed the hard parts like writing listings, managing buyer questions, or handling communication. In short, we’re digitizing and simplifying the way you sell second-hand.
How do I create a seller account?
Download the ReRobe app in App Store or Google Play store. Enter an email address and you'll be sent a one off 6 digit passcode to your inbox Once your account is created, you’ll have access to your seller dashboard where you can upload products, track sales, and manage payouts.
What items are eligible for listing on ReRobe?
Clothing, shoes, and accessories from premium brands. Items should be authentic, clean, and in good condition. Fast fashion knock-offs, damaged or dirty items will be rejected.
How do I upload products?
You can upload items directly through your seller dashboard in the ReRobe app. With our AI Speed Mode, your product details are auto-filled from the photos you take, making the listing process quick and effortless. The clearer and higher-quality your photos are, the more accurate the evaluation and pricing will be from our team.
Are the photos I snap used for internal use only?
Yes, the photos are used internally for you and the ReRobe team to identify and manage inventory. If your item is selected for publishing on our webshop, we’ll take professional in-house photos and handle the online listing. This way, you can simply sit back and relax while we take care of presenting and selling your item.
What information do I need to include in my listing?
You only need to provide a few key details: Primary segment (Men/Women),
Item’s condition, and any condition notes if relevant.
Optionally, you can also share when you bought the item and how much you paid for it — this can help us fine-tune the pricing suggestion.
What happens after I have submitted my listing?
Once you submit your listing, ReRobe is notified of your Sell Request. Our team reviews each item and decides whether to accept it based on seasonality, condition, and style/brand. If your item is accepted, you’ll see the suggested selling price and the accepted items directly in your dashboard. From there, you simply confirm which items you’d like to proceed with and book a drop-off appointment through the calendar. On your scheduled date, bring in your items to complete the process.
From Selling to Payout
My items are now with Rerobe - what happens now?
Once your items are with ReRobe, we take care of everything. We’ll steam and prepare them for the shop floor, and for select pieces, create professional photography to feature them in our curated online collection. You can track each item’s journey directly in the app: when an item is marked Active, it’s still available for sale. As soon as it sells, you’ll receive a notification and can cash out instantly through the app.
I have a question about my listing - how can I contact you?
The easiest way is through the Inbox in the app — just tap the chat bubble to start a conversation with us. This way, we can instantly see your name and all your connected items, making it quick and easy for us to help with any questions about your listing.
How will I know when my item sells?
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your item sells. The email will prompt you to open the app, where you can take actions on the sold item/items.
What does the different ststus
- Available: Items are listed and available for buyers to purchase.
- Saved for later: these items have been archived and are no longer available for sale. If you wish to resubmit them please contact the team.
- Declined: Items that were not approved by the team. Feedback is usually given and it could be because of the condition, a brand we don't accept etc. Please review the feedback for each item for more information.
- Sold - Paid: Payout has been processed and you should have received the funds in your connected bank account.
- Sold - Ready to cash out: Items have been sold and you can cash out your earnings in the app.
- Sold - Cashout available soon: These items have sold and are being processed by our bank. We will notify when your earnings are ready to cash-out.
How and when do I get paid?
Your funds are released once the item has sold. You'll get a notification in the app that you can cash out your earnings.
My item is in status "Sold - Cashout Available Soon". What does that mean?
Your item has been sold - congratulations! 🎉 Before you can cash out, we need to wait for our payment partner, Stripe, to finish processing the funds:
- If your item was sold in one of our ReRobe stores, it usually takes about 3 business days for the money to reach our account.
- If your item was sold through our online channel, we must honor a 2-week return policy. This means your funds will be held until we can confirm whether or not the item was returned by the customer.
Once we’ve received the funds (and, if applicable, confirmed the return window has passed), your item status will update to “Sold – Ready to cashout”, and you’ll be able to withdraw your earnings.
How do I cash out my earnings?
You can cash out anytime directly from your seller dashboard. Just press the Cash Out button to see which items are eligible. You’ll then choose whether you’d like your payout as store credit or cash.
ReRobe uses secure payment partners Tink and Stripe to transfer your earnings.
Cashing out with Tink (recommended for the smoothest process):
- Select your country.
- Choose your bank.
- Enter your date of birth (personnummer).
- Connect using BankID.
- Choose your account.
Once your bank is connected, simply hit Cash Out whenever you’re ready, and your funds will be transferred directly to your account.
Alternatively, you can connect your bank manually by entering your IBAN.
I prefer to do a manual sync to my bank account, how does that work?
If you prefer to connect your bank manually, go to Cash Out and select “Connect bank manually.” Then choose your country and enter the following details:
- Currency
- Account holder name
- IBAN
- Confirm IBAN
Once you save your bank details, you’re all set and can cash out directly to your account anytime.
Is it possible to add more than one bank account for payouts?
Yes, you can connect more than one bank account for your payouts. Just go to Accounts > Payouts in the app to manage your existing bank details and add additional accounts.
Are there any payout fees or delays?
There are no hidden fees or surprises. Your dashboard clearly shows the commission and your net earnings, so the amount you see is exactly what you’ll receive in your bank account when you cash out.
Payouts are usually in your bank account within 2 business days.

Can I change language in the app?
Yes, we offer both Swedish and English and you can change the language setting in the Account section to your preference.
Can I delete or pause my account anytime?
Yes — you can deactivate your account or pause selling activity whenever you like.
If you wish to delete your account, go to Accounts > Account details and click on “Delete your account.” You’ll then be prompted to confirm your decision before the account is permanently removed.
